Elisabeth Hayes, BCBA
Elisabeth has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University. Elisabeth has been part of One House since its inception in 2024.
Isabella Howerton, BCBA
With a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida, Isabella is dedicated to increasing independence and improving the quality of life of children and adults with autism and related disabilities.
Team
Rohan Lawrence
Rohan has a background in Building Technology and holds an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering. After moving to the United States several years ago, he discovered a passion for helping others. He began his career as a Home Health Aide and has since earned his Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN). Rohan is excited to bring his dedication and enthusiasm to the field of nursing.
Oscar Perez
Oscar is a Registered Behavior Technician who works with individuals on the autism spectrum, providing support to help them thrive and integrate successfully into their communities. His responsibilities include assisting with the development of functional and practical life skills, fostering independence, and enhancing overall quality of life.
Tim Simpson
A Florida native with 17 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, Tim is a Registered Behavior Technician skilled in supporting diverse populations. He has extensive experience in psychiatric, residential, and school-based settings. Tim is dedicated to fostering growth and achieving positive outcomes through compassionate care.
William Torres
William has worked as a Behavior Therapist since 2019, providing direct services and case management to support individualized client goals. With a background in IT, he also manages data collection systems and analysis, ensuring accuracy and creating streamlined workflows.
Consultants
Ray Cepeda, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, IBA (he/him)
Ray is the Chief Clinical Officer at the Groden Network in Providence, RI. The Groden Network provides services to individuals with developmental differences from Early Intervention through Adulthood (which includes multiple residential settings in Rhode Island and Massachusetts). Ray was the Founder and Director of ABAskills, LLC for 22 years, a group that provided behavioral consultation to families and school districts in multiple states. He is a former clinic supervisor for the Lovaas Institute and has over 30 years of experience supervising intensive home-based programs for learners with autism, working in applied behavior analysis schools, consulting with school-based programs, integrating and mainstreaming learners into typical learning environments, training parents, and speaking on topics regarding the use of behavior analytic teaching methodologies and program individualization for children with autism. Ray is also a recipient of the Award of Distinction from Long Island Advocates for his dedication to the autism community. His current area of interest is language/communication development for individuals with autism of all ages.
Jillian Doran, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Jillian is a licensed and certified Behavior Analyst in New York State with over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a unique skill set in managing severe behaviors, she has partnered with individuals and families in crisis, developing customized strategies that help learners regain independence and transition back to less restrictive settings.
Jillian received her behavioral training at the Marcus Autism Center in Atlanta, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience in both the Language and Learning Clinic and the Severe Behavior Clinic. Her career has provided her with the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including group homes, telehealth, home-based services, schools, and behavior clinics.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience, Developmental Disabilities, and Mental Retardation, along with a certification and licensure in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jillian also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Outside of her clinical work, she is an active member of the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis (NYSABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
Dr. Sarah Heller, BCBA, LBA-NY
Dr. Heller is a nationally recognized behavioral analyst, educator, and executive consultant specializing in inclusive education, neuroaffirming practices, and scalable behavior systems. With advanced degrees in educational leadership, special education, early intervention, and applied behavior analysis, she brings over 15 years of experience supporting families, schools, clinical teams, and institutions.
As the Founder of Meaningful Metrics, Dr. Heller helps families and organizations implement data-driven strategies that lead to measurable improvements in client outcomes, educator effectiveness, and staff climate. Her work bridges clinical rigor with strengths-based, sustainable practices. Through Meaningful Metrics she also provides supervision to RBTs and BACB Supervisees.
Dr. Heller is also a frequent presenter at conferences, schools and organizations such as ABAI and NYSRCASD. She pursues her passion to shape and build the field through her roles as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University and Committee Chair at Long Island University.
Desiree Kameka Galloway
A recognized disability housing expert, Desiree Kameka Galloway is the founder of Neuro-Inclusive Housing Solutions, LLC, which advances neuro-inclusive community development by providing subject matter expertise to industry professionals.
As the former Director of the Autism Housing Network for the Madison House Autism Foundation, Desiree spent over a decade researching barriers and identifying opportunities to expand residential options for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has led national advocacy efforts, influenced policy at state and federal levels, and visited more than 120 residential communities and social enterprises across the United States.
Desiree is the proud co-author and co-editor of the groundbreaking report A Place in the World: Fueling Housing and Community Options for Adults with Autism and Other Neurodiversities. Her thought leadership has been recognized internationally, with invitations to speak at the World Human Rights Cities Forum (UN-Habitat), United Nations World Autism Awareness Day, the Great Minds Coming Together on Autism International Conference, and the National Institute of Mental Health’s IACC Housing Taskforce.
She is a certified cohousing consultant, a Cohousing Solutions 500 Communities Affiliate, and the 2024 recipient of The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation Leader in Adult Autism Award from the Autism Society of America.

Lisa Rhein
Lisa is a dynamic professional specializing in operations management and business development, with a passion for building successful businesses and ensuring they run smoothly. She has a talent for stepping into complex situations and creating clarity, whether by implementing efficient systems or cultivating the key customer relationships that drive growth. Lisa excels at translating big-picture strategy into clear, actionable processes, consistently streamlining operations and leading teams to deliver results.
Founders
Jana Banin
Jana is a writer and editor with an MFA from the Bennington Writing Seminars. She began her career as an editor at Seventeen and YM, and then moved to the realm of parenting, writing features for various magazines, as well as monthly advice columns for Parents and Time Out New York Kids. Her work has also appeared in Marie Claire, Psychology Today, and other national publications.
She has been involved in the special needs community for many years, including serving on the Disability Services & Inclusions Committee at Goodman JFS. She is now focused on advocacy and developing supportive solutions for adults with high support needs.
Moshe Banin
Moshe is an Executive Director and Senior Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he delivers comprehensive wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and nonprofit organizations.
He joined Morgan Stanley after spending nine years at UBS Private Wealth, serving as a Senior Vice President – Wealth Management and Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to UBS, Moshe spent 19 years at Bernstein Global Wealth Management. Early in his career, he supported the development and distribution of services for high-net-worth investors. Demonstrating strategic leadership, he rose to Director of International Strategy, where he identified trends in the international high-net-worth marketplace and helped launch Bernstein's London-based private client practice.
Moshe focuses his philanthropic work on supporting the special needs community. He founded One House with his wife, Jana, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing supportive housing for adults with autism. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The Victory Center for Autism and Related Disabilities. Moshe has served on several boards, including the Federation of Broward, where he was Chair of the Investment Committee. He is also the Co-Founder of Luria Academy in Brooklyn.
Moshe graduated Yeshiva University with a degree in Economics and earned his M.B.A. from New York University, where he taught financial modeling as a Teaching Assistant. He lives in Surfside, Florida, with his wife, Jana, and their three children.
