Meet the Newest Member of One House

We’re excited to welcome Julia Moran Morton to One House as our real estate development consultant. Julia has decades of experience in residential development, including co-housing, affordable, multifamily projects. Her work spans everything from identifying and evaluating potential sites to navigating zoning and financial planning, as well as coordinating design and construction. We’re grateful to have her guidance as we move into this next phase of development.

She holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University in Architecture, Urban Planning, and Real Estate Development. She has dedicated her career to advancing housing access and equity by producing quality, sustainable and supportive housing and communities.

Julia recently visited South Florida to begin our site search process, helping us evaluate potential locations for the future One House community.

We are currently focusing on West Broward areas such as Davie, Cooper City, Southwest Ranches, and Pembroke Pines.
